The "Every One Counts" Campaign: A great success

On March 1st, 2011 Volunteers for Youth launched the Every One Counts campaign with a goal of raising $20,000 to help support VFY's mission in today's challenging economy. VFY hosted several events throughout the campaign to raise money and to raise awareness of VFY programs.

The Every One Counts campaign has raised more than $13,000. Volunteers for Youth is grateful for all of the donations and support received throughout the campaign. Although the official ending date for Every One Counts was June 30th, VFY continues to welcome donations to help the organization reach its goal of $20,000.

Nearly 100 golfers turned out at UNC's Finley Golf Course on September 19th,2011 for a day of golf and good times. All money raised benefited the programs of Volunteers for Youth. Thanks to Hubert and Leslie Davis, who host the event, Jeff and Annette German who graciously opened Studio 91 for a pre-tournament silent auction, and our many community sponsors who made it possible. Stay tuned for details of money raised and to find out how you can participate next year.
